About Richard LoRicco, Jr., Esq.
Mr. LoRicco graduated from Notre Dame High School in West Haven, Connecticut. Thereafter, he attended and graduated from Fordham University in 1983 and received a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law, formerly known as the University of Bridgeport, School of Law, in 1986, when he became affiliated with the firm. Mr. LoRicco's practice is concentrated to the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, transactional law, real estate and landlord tenant practice and litigation. He has experience as an arbitrator. He regularly practices in state and federal courts.
He is a member of the American, Connecticut, and New Haven Bar Associations, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. LoRicco presently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Benedictines of Jesus Crucified, is a committee member of The Friends of Jimmy Miller, Inc., a charitable organization involving in local fundraising for children in need, and serves on The Hartford Bishops' Foundation, Inc. as a founding board member. Mr. LoRicco has previously served several charitable organizations, including, the former St. Francis Home for Children, Inc., where he served as a Finance Committee member and as a member of its Board of Trustees where he served as the Board's Chairperson. In addition, Mr. LoRicco serves as a Fire Commissioner for the Town of Woodbridge. He is a former member of the Woodbridge Volunteer Fire Association and formerly served as the Association's legal counsel. He is also a certified Firefighter II and EMT-B.
