About Richard T. LoRicco, Esq.

Mr. LoRicco graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania with a major in finance and a minor in real estate. During this time, he was a second place finalist in the Collins Family Real Estate Practicum Scholarship Competition. After completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. LoRicco pursued his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, served as an editorial board member of the Quinnipiac Law Review, and was inducted into the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. During his time in law school, Mr. LoRicco interned at both the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General and at the LoRicco Law Firm and received awards for his top performance in Real Estate Transactions and Commercial Transactions Workshop. His Note, titled "Autonomous Vehicles: Why We Need Them, But Are Unprepared For Their Arrival," was selected for publication by the Quinnipiac Law Review.

After completing his law degree, Mr. LoRicco received his Master of Laws in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, where he interned at the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Coral Gables and received awards for his top performance in Land Security and Finance, Distressed Property Workouts, Drafting, Design and Construction Documents, and Planning and Zoning. Mr. LoRicco is an advisor to the Board of Directors of Basanite, Inc., a publicly traded start-up which manufactures non-corrosive basalt rebar for the construction industry. He also is a certified IRS preparer, taking part in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA).
