These vehicles that we share the road with are extremely large and often travel at high speeds and therefore if you’re not alert you may become entangled with one of these vehicles and find yourself in a New Haven commercial vehicle accident which could cause you to be injured or even worse. Most truck drivers are in good standing with their trucking company and are following the rules and regulations that they are required by law to follow, but there are a handful of truck drivers who may not be driving in the safest manner. Old Lyme Bicycle Accident Shines Light On Safety For Aging Cyclists
by AdminJuly 31st, 2023
The old adage that something is “just like riding a bike,” which indicates that once you know how to ride a bike you never have to learn again has been proven time and time again. That doesn’t mean, however, that once you know how to ride a bike you don’t need some simple safety reminders as you ride in your older age. State troopers were alerted to the driver by multiple 911 calls which triggered the state police to go out and find the vehicle Read the full article…

by AdminJuly 27th, 2023
The Federal Highway Administration (FHA) is reporting a 24% drop in the number of teenagers driving in the United States from 1995 to 2021. The study found that the number of teens who are driving in 2021 is 40 percent versus a healthy 64% in 1995. As we are in the midst of the 100 deadliest days for teens getting into accidents it is important to understand the change and determine if this has an impact on a teen’s ability to drive more safely. A New Haven auto accident can occur with drivers of any age, but teens are far more likely to be driving recklessly and at higher speeds then those who are over the age of twenty years old and that is likely due to inexperience and peer pressure. The reduction in teen drivers may be seen by safety experts as a win, as many have pushed for Read the full article…
