Child Injured At Westport Playground

When playing on a public playground that is maintained by a municipality there is some risk of injury.  This was the case for an unidentified minor who was playing on a playground in Westport when she fell from a tire swing and was injured.  Public playgrounds that are maintained by municipalities may leave a minor injured and the community open to liability.
