March 15, 2019New Haven auto accidents and Connecticut auto accidents may be caused more by drugged drivers, a new study reports. The Governors Highway Safety Association released a study that nationwide 43% of drivers who died in an auto accident in 2015 tested positive for drugs. When the data was analyzed for Connecticut, 63% of drivers who died in auto accidents tested positive for drugs.
