As kids get back on the field for sports this fall, there are so many ways that they can injure themselves and without the proper equipment they can fall victim to a traumatic brain injury (TBI.)  Depending on the circumstances a TBI may be considered a New Haven personal injury and you may need to speak with an attorney to review your case.

We can’t wait to get back out onto the field to watch our incredible student athletes perform at a high level, but we also want them to be safe.  Here are the most common activities where it is required or recommended that athletes wear a helmet to help protect them from injury.

The world has been missing high school sports and we’re excited that our student athletes can now participate in these sports once again.  While the excitement builds so should your reminder to your athlete that they should wear a helmet to keep themselves safe and not cause a New Haven personal injury.  Wearing a helmet is the best way to keep all athletes safe.

If you or a loved one were injured during a sporting activity you may need to seek medical attention.  Once you have spoken to a medical professional, contact our office for a complete legal review of your case by our experienced attorneys.
