Thankfully there was limited traffic on the road, but this could have happened during rush hour and had devastating impacts for both the animal and the drivers on the road. We have spent less time talking about the effects of marijuana and a new AAA study finds that drivers who drive under the influence of marijuana AND alcohol may be even more likely then those under the influence of just alcohol to undertake risky behaviors while driving and increase their risks of a Connecticut auto accident.
