The United States Centers For Disease Control (CDC) issued guidance recently around Halloween during the time of COVID-19 and listed Trick-or-Treating as a very high risk activity that should be avoided to keep kids and families safe during this global pandemic. While New Haven has not made any declarations yet, it is likely that the city will declare that Trick-or-Treating will not happen this year.
