The Federal Highway Administration (FHA) is reporting a 24% drop in the number of teenagers driving in the United States from 1995 to 2021. The study found that the number of teens who are driving in 2021 is 40 percent versus a healthy 64% in 1995. Stolen Vehicle In Waterbury Leads To Teens Death

Very few good things happen after midnight on Connecticut’s roads and that was the case when a group of teenagers who had stolen an SUV took to the roads of the city of Waterbury at nearly 2:30a and got into a crash that killed one of the teens in the vehicle. The devastating crash impacted five other passengers, the girl who was thrown from the vehicle and died on impact, another 15-year old who was in critical condition after the accident and three other people who were involved in the crash who sustained minor injuries.
