All year round we feel extremely blessed to be able to do what we love with the people we love in the city we love so it’s important for us to take a moment today to share our gratitude with you. If it wasn’t for you, we wouldn’t be in business and have served the city of New Haven for so many years. So, thank you for your continued support.

Thanksgiving is a day to celebrate friends and family and enjoy visiting with people you may not get an opportunity to see all the time. It’s a day for delicious food and maybe even a little bit of football. It’s also a day to give thanks for the many blessings that we are afforded throughout the year and today we are giving thanks in so many ways.

We also know that there are many folks throughout the city of New Haven and the state of Connecticut who have fallen on hard times and may need a hand up to get back on their feet. It is for this reason that we support the efforts of the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen and have for so many years. This incredible organization is one that serves a struggling community of homeless people who need food assistance and services that promote health, community and equity. We are so proud to support this incredible organization that does the necessary work of feeding our city’s homeless population. If you are able, we would encourage you to donate your money or volunteer a little bit of time to this incredible group.

This Thanksgiving, as you gather around a table across from friends and family members and you begin to count your blessings, please keep those who do not have the same blessings as you in your hearts and minds.
